By submitting a Registration Form, you are agreeing to adhere to all policy, without exception.
Missing Class Policy: There are no make ups guaranteed for missing a class. On occasion we can fit your student into another class, but we cannot make any promise to this. The teacher and pool are paid even if your student does not make the class. Understand that you are paying for the reservation of time and space, regardless of your attendance.
Extended Illness: If your student will be out for 2 or more consecutive weeks due to an extended illness you can pay 1/2 price to hold your slot. This will be given as credit to your account to the next month's class fees. Please notify the office as soon as possible. In some cases a doctor’s note may be required.
Vacation Hold: You may pay 1/2 price to hold your swimmers spot for any number of consecutive weeks once in a calendar year. Please let the office know if you would like to use this and your invoice will be adjusted. This option is available once annually.
Class Cancellation: On the occasion that Orca Kids Swim School needs to cancel classes, you will be credited the full amount of the class you paid for. This will show up on your next month's invoice. If the cancellation is greater than 24 hours before your class time you will be notified via email. If the cancellation is less than 24 hours notice you will be notified via email and text.
Discontinuing Lessons: Once you are signed up for a time slot, this space in class is yours each moth and will remain reserved for your swimmer until notice of discontinuation is provided in writing. Invoices are sent out on the 15th of the preceding month. Payment is due by the 1st of each month. When you would like to discontinue lessons send written notice by email at least 30 days prior to ending. A final invoice will be sent.
